Our design team will also help keep selections on schedule to avoid construction delays and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Your signed contract will include allowances—budget indicators for items like appliances. During the bidding process, you don’t need to know the exact brand or model, but we’ll ask about your preferred style, look, or price range. When construction begins, we’ll send you to our trusted vendors to finalize selections. Those details are then shared with our cabinet makers, countertop fabricators, electricians, and plumbers so your home is designed to fit your exact specifications.
