Brancer Homes is a division of United Contracting Group, Inc. (UCG). Both companies originated in Denver, North Carolina and are owned by husband and wife, Bobby and Jessica Tucker, who are native to the area. Bobby started in this field at a young age helping his Dad build homes. He grew to love building and at 18 opened his own construction company, UCG. By 21, Bobby’s company, UCG, had successfully grown, and began to specialize in framing and interior specialties on commercial projects for nationally recognized companies - Bojangles, Chick-fil-a, KFC, Darden Restaurants and many more.
Years went by operating a very successful company within the commercial side of the construction industry, but Bobby never lost sight or forgot about his passion for the residential side of the trade. In early 2017, after Bobby and Jessica had built their first home together, Bobby reconnected with his love of the trade while Jessica experienced a whole new element to her design passion. That same year, Brancer Homes was born and their goal of being able to provide a quality service/product for those looking to build their forever dream home had finally come to fruition. Since then, Brancer Homes has completed numerous custom homes, spec home developments and remodeling projects for happy clients around Lake Norman and surrounding areas.

Bobby began building at a young age helping his dad. He grew to love construction and opened his own Commercial Building company, UCG. By 21 UCG had successfully grown to specialize in framing and interior specialties on nationally recognized commercial projects. However, Bobby never lost his passion for building residential homes. Together Bobby and Jessica created Brancer Homes where they work on remodeling and building beautiful one of a kind custom homes. Bobby enjoys spending time with their two boys, Lake trips and camping

Jessica's love for design and intricate detail has allowed her to bring brancer homes into the forefront of home construction. in early 2017 bobby and jessica built their first home together and jessica experienced a whole new element to her design passion. Jessica loves bringing quality products and beautiful styling to the homes. since opening, brancer has completed numerous custom homes, spec homes and remodeling projects around the lake norman area. jessica loves spending time with her family and traveling.
