Founded by husband-and-wife team Bobby and Jessica Tucker, Brancer Homes is a division of United Contracting Group, Inc. (UCG), which has deep roots in Denver, North Carolina. Bobby’s passion for building started early—working alongside his father and founding UCG at just 18 years old. While UCG gained success in the commercial construction space, completing projects for major brands like Chick-fil-A, Bojangles, and Darden Restaurants, Bobby never lost his love for residential building.
In 2017, after building their first home together, Bobby and Jessica launched Brancer Homes to focus on what they love most—creating beautiful, thoughtfully designed homes for families to grow in and enjoy for generations. Today, we build custom homes and remodeling offering full customization, top-tier finishes, and a highly collaborative experience.

Bobby began building at a young age helping his dad. He grew to love construction and opened his own Commercial Building company, UCG. By 21 UCG had successfully grown to specialize in framing and interior specialties on nationally recognized commercial projects. However, Bobby never lost his passion for building residential homes. Together Bobby and Jessica created Brancer Homes where they work on remodeling and building beautiful one of a kind custom homes. Bobby enjoys spending time with their two boys, Lake trips and camping

Jessica's love for design and intricate detail has allowed her to bring brancer homes into the forefront of home construction. in early 2017 bobby and jessica built their first home together and jessica experienced a whole new element to her design passion. Jessica loves bringing quality products and beautiful styling to the homes. since opening, brancer has completed numerous custom homes, spec homes and remodeling projects around the lake norman area. jessica loves spending time with her family and traveling.
