1. Initial Consultation 

The consultation meeting is where we will discuss the build process and what you can expect when choosing Brancer as your trusted builder. We will conduct a preliminary review of house plan designs/drawings either provided by us or brought by you, land/site plats, preferred interior/exterior finishes and discuss budgeting. If you currently don't have a house plan or cant find something you really like, that's no problem at all! we have an in-house design team that has the ability to conceptualize all of your wants, needs and desires and put it on paper which is discussed in the "Planning/Design" stage. Our goal is having each and every one of our clients leave this first meeting with peace of mind knowing they have found the right builder! 

​2. Planning/Design

We will use this meeting to further build on your rough house plan/design that has been drafted based off the wants, needs and desires gathered from the "Initial Consultation". We will carefully define and review all areas of your home from the flooring types in each room, kitchen cabinets and counter tops, appliances and fixtures, to outdoor siding and patios; every aspect will be reviewed both structurally and aesthetically to assure that what you have envisioned has been captured on paper.  This is the opportunity for the client to comment or make adjustments before a full set of plans are created. 

3. Final Review

Once plans reflect the comments or adjustments made during the "Planning/design" meeting and have been approved by you, we are able to start pricing your home, otherwise known as formulating a detailed Bid Proposal. This process will often take 3-4 weeks as it is very time consuming when accurately pricing materials, labor, permitting fees, and other associated costs. Once completed, the detailed proposal will be sent for one last review and approval by you before a Contract to Build can be executed. Once signed, It's now time for the fun part: Sit back and relax knowing you've chosen the right builder and get ready to watch Brancer Homes start breaking ground!
